A dry simmered meat curry, rick in the flavours of herbs, spieces and coconut that define West Sumatran cuisine.

*Cooking Instructions*

Dancing Chef Padang Rendang Paste 1 packet

Chicken, beef or mutton 600g

Water 200ml

Coconut milk 150ml

Lemongrass 1 stalk

Kaffir Lime Leaves 3 pieces

Desiccated coconut 1tnsp

Marinate meat with 1/2 packet of Padang Rendang Paste for 1/2 hour.

Put the balance of Padang Rendang paste, water, coconut milk, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf in a pot, bring to boil.

Add in meat and simmer until meat is tender and the sauce thickens (add in more water if cook with beef or mutton).

Serve with rice.

Cooking tips: Add in 2 salam leaves to enhance the flavor.

将余下的Padang Rendang糊,水,椰奶,柠檬草和青柠叶放入锅中,煮沸。

加入肉并慢火煮至肉变软,酱变稠(如果用牛肉或羊肉煮,则加更多水)。

与米饭一起食用。

烹饪技巧:加入2片萨拉姆叶以增强风味。
